I'm about to build a mini motard and just want to know is there a specific type of frame that most motarders use? Like a twin tube cradle or just a single tube style one?

light as possilbe, i use a 50cc alloy frame.

Motovert alloy frames are great, provert frames are VERY strong but are heavy.

I got frame from an ebay random person paid like 40 posted. Pitboss empire had them a while back for 100 each on ebay i think. Havn't seen one since because i'd love a nother for my second tard.

Would the KLX style perimeter frames in alloy be any good, or still heavy as?

If you have the choice , i would go for a frame that goes round your swingarm instead of the usual frames that have the swing arm fixated in the middle.

This gives you a much more stable ride.. I have had both and it's a huge diiference :) not saying the normal frames are bad but if you can choose i would go for that. bbr, workz, motovert (mine;) )
