my carby keeps blowing fuel into the air filter and not to the spark plug help plz

this motor was in another bike i have put a new stator in it and new spark plus all is good with the spark the problem is when i kick the bike over it wont start and a mass of fuel sprays into the airfilter and is not going to the spark plug and i am getting fuel to the carby

The engine is showing symptoms of firing when the inlet valve is slightly open thus pushing unburn fuel back throught the carb or a bad cdi which is giving out irrigular spark pulses and causing the engine to fire at the incorrect part of the stroke cycle.

Can be caused from a zeroed inlet valve(most probable) or a bad cdi.

I would first check the inlet valve clearance then look at the cdi if no good.

Just reading over your post again. Why did You replace the stator? Is it the exact same as the original?
