my motorbike shat the bed

some sort of mini bike not sure on the make, no stickers. itr has a lifan 125cc engine in it. ive ridden it maybe15 times, then i didnt ride it for a while and tried to start it but there is no compression. I had a friend take the side cover off and have a look, he said the clutch wheel, the one with the 4 springs on the outside of it isnt pushing in.
ive tried adjusting the cable tension on the clutch lever and on the little grub screw underneath the small side plate, but nothing works. im frustrated because its been sitting around like that for months....any ideas????

i think the springs the push the valves arnt tight enough .. not sure

u should see if u can get a new one just take a photo of ur bike and take it to a bike impoter shop and they should be able to give u the part iv had to do this several time with a bike that i found that was going to be thrown out
