cant rego it cause it dosnt have a compliance plate

na i have to have it high cause i have size 12.5 feet so my boots are 13's and this cause me troble when
changing gears and ive broken my toes cause they stick so long though the gear leaver when its lower
thats the main reason i made it higher lol
