need help! bike blowing smoke!

pitpro 125cc lifan motor is blowing very white smoke! new oil new plug new rings! still blowing smoke ! when head a top centre both values are shut! just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this and help me out!

How is the condition of the cylnder?

If you didn't hone the cylinder when apart the rings probably haven't bedded in or glazed up the bore
