The fat bar clamps just bolt to the existing risers on your triples then to the fat bars like so 
sorry for the crappy pic but its 5 in the morn and on my way to work. I hope this makes sense, if you have a look on ebay some fat bars will come in a pack with the clamps. My stock risers needed to be shorter to adjust for the fat bar clamps then going on top but that was just my opinion on height and feel.
