need to identify this frame

Hi All,

got this bike for $200 as a first bike for my 12 year old son, it came with fuel tank, seat and plastics that were obviously not the right fit for this frame, so in an attempt to get a fuel tank, seat and farings I am wondering what style I need, the 2 holes to mount the tank are about 280mm apart and the only other holes I can see that would be for mounting rear farings are toward the back, circled in red in the below picture....hope someone can identify this frame and recommend which farings I need to be looking at.
