New dhz outlaw z155 Carby?

Im looking to get a brand new outlaw off dhz with the pitsterpro 155 engine. It comes with a 30mm Mikuni Racing Carburetor should I change to the oko 26mm flat slide race Carby? Which is better?

Also If I upgrade to 184bbk and v2 head will the 26 oko be ok or will I need a 28 or 30?
