its got some good stuff in it. includes free stickers(everyone love stickers)
and a section on ramps.
the section on ramps has all different sorts of ramp and tells u how fast you should hit a ramp to make certain distainces.(on a 250 2stroke and 250 4 stroke)
worth a look if your down at ur local newsagency.
