Dont know where he got $1000 from. Muffler brand new should be no more then $300, $150-200 on ebay if your lucky. And the expansion chamber would be around $450. Usually cheaper to buy from american ebay as their pipes are not over priced like they are in aus. I got my brand new FMF Fatty for $200 when they are around $450 in shops.
