new rear shock

hey just after any help on a good heavy duty rear shocky, my stock shock has shit itself and I gotta get sumtin to get back out there.
Also Ive just moved down from Sunny Coast any1 got tips on good bike shop for fitties gear?? Cheers

go fastace they have some really nice stuff for good prices.
usually a 66rc will set you back around 200 and they are a top shocky
