not starting brand new

hey all my engine is brand new loncin 125 it has full compression just no spark or like any kick over it has the hi rev cdi on it and they have an indicator light when there is power i think and everytime i kick it down the light flahses indicating theres power bit theres no signs of a start at all any answers anyone plz

p.s im not buying a new engine even tho i woudl like to

Checked fuel system? eg. fresh fuel in tank. Open fuel tap. Open+close the carb float bowl drain (screw or large bolt) a few times - this can help free up a sticky float bowl valve. Remove air filter for initial start up if in doors.

Ignition system: Plug cap on? Wiring not fiddled with? Inspect plug (eg. flooded engined and fouled plug). If plug electrode too wet, then try without carb choked.

Kick over method: TDC then firm kick. Try 1/4 throttle open.

btw: Don't run it on the transport oil - assuming it starts.
