Nah melbourne started a nrl team just to show the rest of the country that we can and will dominate any sport we want in Australia. We proved that with 2 premierships in 8 years and many other close calls. Since then our passion for the sport has gone coz lets face it, rugby is fun to play but is boring as hell to watch .

AFL is far from being gayfl or the Aussie Faggots League! Come on its our national game FFS.
