How much oil do i need to put in a 110cc??

Read the dipstick!!

about 950mL - 1L. put 900ml in then start the engine run it for a minute or so, let the oil settle for a couple of seconds, pull the dipstick out clean with a rag and replace dipstick in crankcase, after a couple of seconds remove dipstick and there should be an oil line marking the contents. on the dipstick there should be some crosses, the oil line should read at the top of these marks.

yeh u dont screw it back in just sit it on top like flarry said i only found this out the other day aswell
