Fitted a new stator and everything was fine bike fired up and everything, however when i got home from work today there was a puddle of oil underneath my bike, any ideas.
Cheers,kingy

that would most probably be the back plate , that is held in with 2 screws mite have to take it all apart and start again

when the plate goes back in, ensure the o-ring doesnt overlap where it sits in the cases.... give the plate a few light (READ "LIGHT"...) in a circular motion to make sure it's sitting in true, then tighten the two screws... see how that goes...

There are 3 o-rings. One big one around the outside of the plate, and 2 little ones under the screws that hold the plate on. If you leave these out the oil runs out past the bolts. And its wise to put a bit of grease inside the lip of the crank seal. If you don't it can get hot and burn before any oil gets on to the rubber then the oil will piss out through there to.

cheers guys excellent advice there, will sus it all out again with all them ideas in mind.
