Oil Leak ???

Hi can some one tell me why i have oil leaking from a hole near the gear leaver,the
Hole is cast into the casing,The engine is a lifan 150,is it an internal seal or gasket do the casings need to be split to repair? thanks:

tighten those tiny bolts!
happened to me but it was just a loose bolt!
also put some pics up so we can asses the problem

This is the hole, is it a missing bolt ? as a couple were loose

yeah should be a bolt there, with a brass washer on it so it seals properly...
