i moved the gear shifter up so that i didnt have to point my toes down very far to change gerars.
this is what used to happen

that made it a bit easier.
is there anything else i can do???

put thick socks on and go run arund in the mud and water for a while then walk around in them untill there dry
then repeat
well thes the bushy way of doing it
you can get leather softener but i dont think that works
i know with leather baseball gloves the best thing is use
so chuck em on and go for a wonder
then ride
then wonder
then ride
so on and so fourth

Just wear them for ages just like normal shoes.

When they are new they feel alot stiffer than after a few rides or whatever.

FILL THEM WID HOT WATTER

No shit put your feet in them as soon as you can and where them arond the hot water sofens them and also molds them to your feet
