HI all,

I need to get some better brake pads for my 125RR. They would be ok on dirt, but they are just cardboard when it comes to hard braking in road racing.

Anyone know where I can get high friction racing pads from?

cheers

you might not be able to find a set to fit, so you might have to take your existing pads to a brake workshop where they will take the existing material off and glue something decent on

If you go a bike shop they might be able to take yours and glue some better material on to the ones you have or cut some up for you if they don't have ones already that would fit.

If you really didn't mind forking out you could get some bigger calipers and even try putting braided brake lines on your bike at there is a fair power loss in not having them.

All things to try.

One more thing it probably won't make a huge diff but you could try scuffing the ones you have doing figure 8s on smooth concrete has helped someone in the past for me.
