What size frame bolt do those alloy swingers take mate?

How much for the double clamps? whats the hole diameter for top and bottom?, how much including postage for the swinger inbetween the other swinger and the frame??

Ill have to go measure them. 15 for triple clamps and 20 for swinger it's been sandblasted and painted
