When I was putting on the plastics on my 140xr the front mud guard has 3 holes and 3 screws in a triangular pattern. When I put the back 2 screws in, the front screw don't align right with the hole and on top of that the screw is too short to stay in (not a major issue with screw length).
Any idea's from those of you who have a 140xr or know the answer?
Thanks

triples are setup for a crf front mud guard still, I ran mine with just the two back bolts for ages but wasn't really doing anything offroad. Alternately you can drill another hole in the plastic to make it line up. Or what I have done now is replace the huge ugly front guard with a crf one, makes it look much nicer
