To limit question's there are some pre answered engines here.
-A 150cc engine is faster than a 140cc and a 125cc is faster than a 110cc.

-Oil cooled does make a difference.
-You should put loctite on your imports (search old threads for more info)
-When breaking in a new bike you should tighten the chain after 15minutes of riding.

-When you get your new import you should change the motoroil after the first tank to better quality 10w40 or 20w40
-For better performance change you fork oil and brake fluid (tut here for brake bleeding)
