i was reading the specs of my bike (08 motovert pro) on the net and it says it has a programable ignition........can some one let me know on wat this means and will it help me get more power or is it something i just shouldnt play with.

on your cdi u have for wires out the back of it 2 greens , yellow and a white
Map 1 is no wires pluged in
Map 2 in yellow and green
Map 3 is white and green
Map 4 is yellow and green + white and green all pluged in
yes it will make more power (power in difference revs) by playing with it, and there now harm in doin it
