Hi all,

I have a question regarding Oil cooler placement on my Pit Pro.

I was thinking of moving my radiator style Oil Cooler on my Lifan 150 (1p56fmj) up and mount it in my front plastic plate across the triple clamps to protect it from damage and hopefully get better air flow.

My question is how do these engines move the Oil up to the cooler and could the Oil reach this high
I wouldn't want to hinder the flow rate or circulation of the Oil

On a separate note, whats the go with not having TASSIE on the Icons list at the bottom of the New Thread Page ? :p

yea there will be no prob with oil flow as its a positive displasment oil pump so you could pump it 20meters and back if you wanted to just remember to bleed the oil cooler before going for the first ride after you move it to the front of the clamps

you don't bleed an oil cooler, just bolt it on and away you go

it means nothing, your sump circulates oil, and air, you don't fill your engine full of oil you just fill it up to the line, why would you need to bleed the oil cooler?
