rear brake not working ??

hey guys took my bike out today out frankston then noticed after i gave it a clean the rear brake wasn't working ?? it was really muddy and wet down there could it just be filled with mud ?? its like not engaging at all though ??

frankston gets really bad when its muddy so mud in brakes my did it to and didn't work that much today and broady what bike is it

pit pro big foot 140 i just cant work out why there not working now

worn pads or something stuck in it

not sure might have to pull it apart and check it out shouldn't be worn pads its a brand new bike

there might be slim on the pads that happend to my mongoose bmx bike haven fix it yet
