Hi just looking to stiffen up the rear shock on my 06 thumpstar. Its got a valve at the top and just wondering about servicing? Is it gas or air or what? Any help is greatly appreciated.

the valve that looks like a tyre valve is for nitrogen only, you may have clickers on the piggy back or at the base of the shock for adjustment? post a pic is the best way to see

Yes it looks like a tyre valve, i'll get a pic up asap. Do most bike shops service these if they are nitrogen?

Hay mate the stock thumpstR suspension was way to soft , my shock snapped so I brought a fastace shock and problem solved they are $99 from Dhz and hold up prety well
