sorry dude, gotta be 18 with license to ride but you could prob still put it in ur name if your not far off gettin your license, at least u cant get fined for no rego in the bush but still get done for unlicensed, ihave the link on vicroads website, can u still get license at 17 and 9 months?

Rec reg

Rec reg is for the bike so no licence is needed and any1 can get it but as mentioned you can still be fined for unlicenced riding! The fine for no reg is $537 and no licence is $322 so atleast 1 fine will be better than 2.
