removing cam sprocket

Yeah they were but screw it man, I just thought I'd give it ago:D

Hmmm tried the screw driver but there has to be a better way? it still moves because there is nothing to latch on to!!
 
what about griping the flywheel with something ,

Cause the flywheel goes onto the cam chain

Yeah that could work BUT what would I grip it with???


There has to be something where you stick a screw driver in and it stops it from spinning:confused:

Ok got the head off now what is another alternative then drilling the pop rivots off the copper gasket??

Im removing the copper gasket all together but I need to keep the two black gaskets intact.
 
um sorta ,put bore kit in mates bike other week and the stock cam just half fell out ,so i just fiddled with it to get it bac in, he had new1 to put in but i was bit unsure bout doing it,but may be easyier with the oil pump cover off ?
 
Them rivots just don't wanna come off the gasket. Has anyone taken them off before??
