repalcing valves tutorial

hey guys. done some searching and havent found anything. does anyone have or know of a tutorial on how to replace valves?? not just adjust clearances, i wanna know how to actually replace them.

Awesome vids for those learning like we all had to at some stage. I have one question thou the engine looks like a zongshen 140, why has he set the valves at 4 & 6 & not 3 & 4.

i dunno about .004 for the exhaust anymore... when i took the head off my lifan 150 it had signs of the valve kissing the piston...
