Rich or Lean?

Hey Guys

Just wondering how you can tell if the bike is running either to rich or to lean?

I heard that you check the glow plug and see what colour it is or something but i dont know what colour its suppose to be.

Anyone know of what colour it should be?

rich=black/oily

lean=white/powdery

oh and its a spark plug pro we aint runnen diesels.

Thanks man yer sorry i called it glow plugs as my RC cars use glow plugs and im usually on my RC forum sorry man.
