Seal washer in the head gasket.

Im replacing the head gasket on my lifan 125cc motor, I have a new head gasket [52.4mm bore] but I want to replace the "seal washer" which fits into 1 of the holes in the gasket. The seal is 14.5mm x 2.5mm. I found it on a microfiche but I cant find anywhere to buy it.
Its not an o ring, its a flat oil seal with a flat steel washer inside it. 14.5mm x 2.5mm, the microfiche part number is 12133.
Can anybody help??

since you allready have the dimensions, you could go to the local hardware store, and take the old seal with you.
or re-use the old one with some rtv?

I just like new bits in the bike. I cant believe how hard it is to buy these parts.
