Secondhand Ciniworx 125cc. Should I buy?

Found this while searching E-bay. Looks as if it has been raced as seller also has a ciniworx 110cc that won its class in mini sx in Vic 2006. So no doubt these bikes have probably been thrashed, its possible they were cared for lovingly.Anyway I am just after your opinions. I am also looking at Dhz monster 140cc, MSO 140cc,X-Motos 140cc. Budget is $1200(gotta pay $200 postage
