Shock :O

So I broke the rear shock on my PitPro 125... It snapped just before the eye where it bolts into the frame.

Anyway I had a shock which was on an old ducar ebay 125 bike, so I wacked her on...
The bike sits low.

The shock (I assume) is shorter (eye to eye) then the original one that was on the bike.

Now I see on the shock that there is thread etc... Is it possible to loosen that thread to make the eye to eye longer...
Or do I need a new shock?

New shock. Think the thread your talking about is not used for adjustment. The big thread 80mm, is used to change spring pre-load, wont change eye to eye.

rumble is correct,

BUT... you can buy shock extenders.. and iv used them before. i used ONE of the 2 (by spinning one of the eyelets around 90 degrees)
