yeah, the smarts are just so light and compact, they will be quick off the mak with any engine, but seeing that they have a busa engine it would flog most cars in most competitions

LOL, thats an awsome idea. Some one put an r1 engine in a go kart and the thing like couldn't get grip.
The best car, that i saw on topgear is a 'westfield' and its a home built car with a Busa engine that can be built for like under $50k and it did a lap aroudn their test course faster than either a Barrabus TKR or Saleen S7!
