I got a PitPro 140XR and notice that on some ditches in the straights I hear a sound through my front forks as though they are bottoming out.. but I don't think they actually do.

On my pitpro manual, it says I should change the fork oil, although some people say no too because I'll end up blowing my seals out?

What are your thoughts?

yes you can safely change your oil in your forks, it's the amount of oil you put in them that will determine if you'll blow your forkseals. (in regards to overfilling)
Best way to do it, is to pop the forks off, drain the oil out of them into a measuring jug. When you put new oil into the forks, add this amount plus 30ml per fork leg, and use that as a starting point.
Have a look in the "How-To" and "tutorial" section, there are some really good threads on changing your fork oil.

What, it took you just under 2 years to think of that?
