Hi Guys sorry I thought I would try a new thread because I need a resposnse pretty quick becasue if I can not get this fixed I need to get it to the local motorcycle repairer tomorrow or it will be a pretty long wait.

So the voltage from my stator when kicking is 10-12v
Voltage on startor when giving the bike a bit of rpm 7v
The resistance on the stator is 00.5 on the multimeter set at 200

Does anyone see a problem with these numbers

Ok The resistance was wrong by the time I did it the batteries where flat in the multimeter and it was giving a false reading.

ok I think I have found the problem
Stator should be 15v or above and I just did another test and it is giving out 10 volt with a decent kick of the kick start. Once running and reaching around 2000rpm the volts go down to 7. I thought they should go up?

And the pick up switch or crankshaft sensor is only giving out 0.1v and should be above 4.6v

Do you think that I need to get a new stator setup?
