im just wondering what size front sprocket is on my dhz?
like how many teeth....
its not with me atm .
ive bought a 17 tooth to give me a bit more top end ...

Hey mate,
I think stock its like 15 or 16?? maybe even 14, havn't checked.
Seriously though, for a pitbike i'd preffer a bit more low down grunt as fast 50s tracks are tight and you'll never get top speed on one, if ya go smaller u can tear outta the corners instead... The top speed on a dhz, pitpro, mso (anything with a stock 1p55 lifan) will be around 80 or 90, changing the front sprocket won't make it that much faster....
Anyway, thats just my opinion though.

at a guess i would say 14, it seems to be the standard but dont quote me on that

already replyed in the twin thread.... im running 16/37 sprokets and 10" rims on my Z50 and it still accelerates bloody quick, fitting the 17 tooth front when i get a new chain

do you think a 17 tooth will give me much more top end?
wikk i lose much acceleration?

It will give ya fairly good topend but you will lose some acceleration. If you lose to much just go for more power to compensate
