I have herd of a couple guys road registering the Orion and Atomik thumpsters after putting light kits and horn on because they come with a VIN and Engine number so there's a bit of work involved but that one eBay looked like it already had the lights (they most probably fake but it means there would be less work to mount them) I don't think it would take a great deal to get this on the road.
