It's not stupid mate. Stupid is the question you don't ask and assume.

Is it electric start. If electric start it's pic 1.

If it's zongshen usually it's pic 2

Kiclstart only, lifan, ducar etc or copy no name motor is pic 3

But can still vary.

I didn't mention the startor underneath engine as they are usually auto motors. But the have a 6 pole stator too but it bolts to the magneto cover like the one in pic 1
