How come youtube has changed its layout??

Ohwell. At the bottom of the video it'll say "embed" (run your arrow over it and a box will pop up saying "Get video embed code"). Click on that button and once you do a box will drop down underneath the embed button. The code will already be highlighted all you have to do it right click, copy and paste to your post.

Thats how you embed videos .
