throttle cable for 90cc..?

hey i got a 90cc mini bike and i broke the throttle cable
i got a new one from the manufacturer and i put it in
i think the cable is too tight because when i kick start in neutral the bike revs up
and over revs
any suggestions??

the throttle cable may be too short. when u put the new cable on did u check that it wasnt pulling too much on the slide in the carby? try taking the cable off nd put it back on it may work, it happened to me one time nd i had a 90cc too

or the slide mightened have been put back in the right way
