Thumpstar 110cc clutch probelm

Hi all I was riding today on my genuine 110cc thumpstar
And went to pull the clutch in to gear down and the clutch aint working
Feels like the clutch is out when pulled in its not the cable
Is it the clutch plates gone help needed thx
