To buy or not to buy?

Hey guys, just wondering what this bike is worth as im looking to get a bike and have no idea what i want!

Im told its a Atomik 70cc with engine oil leak (crack in engine housing, near mount)
is this is big problem? how much would it cost to fix?

Also, what do you think it;s worth?

If it's a crack in the engine case near the peg mounts you'd most likely need to split the cases and replace a case, which I think off ebay for the case it would be like 50-70 bucks. But it's not an easy job to do. So I'd say no more then 100 bucks for the bike since the issue yes is a big one. But only get it if you think you could fix the issue your self. Just search up splitting cases first.

I personally wouldn't get it, I have seen same bikes second hand on ebay go for $200 that weren't broken.
