ttr50 gearbox knock. help!

hi, recently purchased a ttr50 and noticed a noise in the motor or gearbox?:S not really sure
its like a ticking sound. only does it in first gear thats why i assumed it was in the gearbox...
anyone know wat the problem could be and how much im looking at to fix it?
