Update throttle cable

Wen I check my throttle cable at carby it seems to b closed like no throttle at carby yet it still revs out like I'm holding throttle opening up fuel at carby... Can anyone plz help

Have you taken off the filter and checked the slide is actually closed. If the slide is put in 180° opposite to what it should be it will be stuck wide open, if so remove, turn 180° and refit.

Yes checkd wit air filter off and wen I giv throttle everything is opening up and wen let go of throttle in goes back down in the right position yet its still as if its half way open and I'm giving throttle????? Very confused
