running bigger wheels 17/14, will make your ride a bit smoother, a bit more like a full size bike.
it will also raise the bike a little, giving it more ground clearance under the engine.
but being a bigger diameter wheel, it can cause problems,
eg; it could make the front tyre hit on the head, at/close to full front suspension travel.
and the rear tyre can also foul at the front, on the swingarm cross brace.
and going the other way, to say 10/10 wheels,
it will lower your bike, , and will make you feel the bumps a lot more
eg less ground clearance
but your tyre clearances will be bigger, so there'l be no chance of them hitting anything.
changing wheels' sizes, may also require you to make up some new spacers to fit between the hubs and forks/swingarm to suit the new combination.
and you might need new caliper mounts if the offsets on the new wheels' discs are different, and different diameter discs will need the same.
it may also need some adapter to run smaller/thinner axles if needed.
