What happened to MotoVert

I have noticed that Motovert don't really do much anymore and from what I've found on the internet tells me that they are no longer in business. can anyone shed some light on what happened

the original motoverts stopped been made because mojo starting selling scooters and ditched the pitbike from memory, the newer motoverts are re branded PSTOs which also went out of business so i think motovert would have followed. as they had no more bikes to sell them.
