what is the ideal bike

hi.
im new to these minni bikes, havernt had any experience, looking at spending a max of $600,

one bike i am considering at the moment is the pit pro 125rr
another one is the atomik avenger pro 125cc

Q1 what bike would typically be better as far as suspension and frame?
Q2 what engine is better for performance/reliability/maintence, a lifan or a ducar?
Q3 any other bikes worth considering, im about 60kgs and about 5foot 9
Q4 any thing else i should know before jumping into the sport

Q1: pitpro 125rr
Q2: iv only ever had lifan so cant help u with that
Q3: im 90kg and 5"9 and a 110cc thumpstar goes great with me on it
Q4: get a helmet

The only thing a have seen go wrong with the ducar 125 is the rubber dampering on the back of the clutch basket getting chewed out and rubber chocking up the oil gallerys..
