Far out just about everything when i had my bike! long trials through rough bush the china help up good!! Jumps doubles table tops ect! tho my shock went to pogo stick......... what else umm racing around track going through creaks and doing hill climbs! just bout only place i havent gone riding is along the beach! but i been in sand
