well, if you go shinko, you can get the 2.75 ur not missing out on much, it's just a bit skinnier not by much.
or i'd go starcross heard these are good tyres and the knobs dont break off straight away like kenda.

Checkout www.racewear.com.au they are in Australia and have suitable tyres for $44 plus postage (about $9) and these tyres are suited to riding on all surfaces and i'm pretty sure this brand is standard equipment on some honda bikes.
