x4r pegmount setup

ok well i think it was in vertmax thread cactus jack found pics and a thread of a c4r pegmpunt setup that had bent in the frame

but when i took mine apart i noticed to be a bit diffferent

the peices where my pegs attach to bolt to the fame but tey also have a solid pole that is welded on that slots into the frame but these are only 55mm in length which gives a gap of 80mm where there is no ole reinforcing the frame

do you think it would be necessary still to get a 80mm long pole to fill in the gap?

what part did you bend the bit in the frame or the pegmount itself?
